Exports of goods to countries outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein may be subject to import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. These vary in different customs areas. The customer is responsible for the proper payment of the necessary customs duties and fees. Import duties are not shipping costs.
To ensure that your package arrives at your home in perfect condition, we carefully pack your order by hand and ship the package via Swiss Post. If something should still go wrong, please contact us immediately.
