tibet-markets.ch carries handmade pieces from Tibet and the Himalayas. All made by Tibetan artisans who have passed their techniques down over generations. Here, making and handing on belong inseparably together.

The range covers singing bowls for meditation and sound work, hand-hammered from a seven-metal alloy. Incense and herbs from Sorig, the Tibetan healing tradition. Jewellery in silver, turquoise, coral and lapis lazuli. Statues of Buddha, Tara and other Tibetan deities. Sacred objects such as dorje, phurba and butter lamps. Home accessories, thangkas and wall hangings. Clothing and accessories in traditional materials.

Boutique Shangrila was founded in Zurich in 1993. Since 2019 the whole range has also been available online. Tenzin, a Tibetan in exile and owner since 2024, chooses every piece personally. The aim is not volume but meaning: pieces that carry a story and make a difference.
