Our online shop accompanies you from anywhere in Switzerland. But if you find yourself in Zurich, we are happy to open our doors to you in person. The sound of a real singing bowl, the scent of incense from the Himalayas, the weight of a handcrafted mala in your hand. These are moments one should experience at least once. Come by and discover it for yourself.
Since 1993, Niederdorfstrasse 39 has been a place where Tibetan culture is alive in Zurich. What began as Boutique Shangrila, we carry forward today with the same heart. Those who have found us online are warmly invited to visit us in person.
Our shop is located in the heart of the Zurich old town, just a few minutes walk from the main station. You will find a wider selection than in the online shop. Tibetan singing bowls, prayer flags, incense, malas, statues, jewellery, Sorig herbs and much more. Every piece carefully chosen, every one with a story.
We take time for you. Whether you are looking for a specific piece, have a question about the meaning of an object, or simply want to browse, you are welcome. Tenzin and the team look forward to meeting you.
