Right of Withdrawal

Please note the following important consumer information that applies to your purchase from Kartso.

Right of revocation/exchange

You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded via our webshop within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. After this period, the purchase becomes binding.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period using one of the following methods:

• By email to info@tibet-markets.ch
• In writing by post (the date of the postmark serves as proof of the deadline)
• By simply returning the goods (the date of the postmark serves as proof of the deadline)
• By bringing the goods directly to our store during our opening hours (Monday – Saturday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm). In this case, please bring a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

Conditions for Returns

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods are unused and in perfect, new condition. Goods are considered unused if they show no signs of wear and are returned in their undamaged original packaging, complete with all accessories.

Returns from abroad must be clearly marked as returns (duty-free) to avoid additional import charges when entering Switzerland.

Upon receipt and inspection of the goods in the condition described above, Kartso will refund the value of the goods (excluding shipping costs). Shipping charges already incurred cannot be refunded.

Costs for Returns / Exchanges

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods and the shipping costs for any replacement delivery (in the case of an exchange), unless the goods delivered do not correspond to the goods ordered.

Items Excluded from Return:

• Media (books, DVDs, CDs)
• Cosmetics
• Jewelry
• Food
• Incense sticks / incense Powder
• Goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
