This beautiful Tibetan meditation shawl, made with yak wool, is hand-woven on traditional looms by Tibetan artisans in the Himalayas. Light and pleasantly warm, it accompanies you during meditation as well as on cool days in everyday life. It is very popular with Tibetan monks and nuns and is therefore also commonly known as the "monk's shawl".

Available in two sizes: Medium (approx. 80 x 190 cm) and Large (approx. 115 x 230 cm).

In Tibetan monasteries, a warming shawl is part of everyday life for monks and nuns. It accompanies them through long hours of meditation and prayer in cool monastery halls. For many practitioners, wrapping themselves in the shawl is also a moment to settle into stillness and turn inward.

How to use

For meditation, place the shawl loosely over your shoulders or wrap yourself in it completely to stay warm even when sitting for a long time. The medium size works as a scarf or stole, while the large size can be wrapped around the whole upper body like a light blanket. Care Instructions

Hand wash separately in cold water, ideally with a mild wool detergent. Do not wring; gently press out the water and dry the shawl flat. Do not tumble dry.
